No Late Entries accepted!
A maximum of 4 rounds across 2 classes in consecutive height order per horse allowed per day. Novelty classes are not included in the 4 rounds. Riders may compete a maximum of 2 horses.
Novelty Class: Horse and rider combinations must have completed a 75cm or higher round earlier in the day to be able to take part in the novelty class. This is to ensure safety of all riders throughout the competition.
Ground fee is $10 per horse
Ambulance Levy: $10.00 per rider. This goes towards covering the Ambulance crew who will be present at the event in case of any incidence.
Open to all riders: non-EEC or EPC members are required to pay a $20 show membership fee (1 per rider per event).
Timetable: 8:00am course will be open for walking
8:30am first class commences
Novelty class will be held at the completion of all show jumping rounds
Dress: All riders to be presented in either a hacking jacket or pony club uniform. Approved helmet and smooth soled boots are required.
Helmets: ALL helmets must comply with current EA standards, and must be tagged as per rule 538.1.1
Stallions: Must be registered (Breed society or EA) and handler/rider must be over 18 years
Off the Track Prizes: Open to all standardbreds or thoroughbreds who have attained their Off the Track Passport ID
Mounted presentations will be held at the conclusion of each round

Helper Duties:
Entries will not be accepted without one nominated helper aged over 18yrs per horse. Please contact organiser if you require self-help. Please note event organiser may not be able to accommodate all requests for helper duty, if a helper is unable to complete the assigned duty it is the responsibility of the entrant to organise an alternative helper or swap duties with another entrant.
Refund policy:
Only organisers (not Global) can issue refunds by emailing the EEC Secretary at esperanceequestrianclub@outlook.com before the close of entries. After that it is at the discretion of the EEC committee. A non-refundable $10 admin fee per horse applies to all refunds.
Yards and camping are available at no cost, but the area must be cleaned prior to departure.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

SaddlesPlus EEC Show Jumping Series Championship Points:
Horse and rider combinations must compete at 2 of the 3 series dates to be eligible. The best 4 rounds within each height will go towards series points.
Points will be awarded as follows:
1st = 10 Points
2nd = 8 points
3rd = 6 Points
4th = 4 Points
Completion = 1 Point
There will be an overall series winner for each height, as well as highest placed Off the Track horse in each height.
In the event of a tie in points, it will count back to the 5th round that was completed by both competitors.
