Conditions of entry
The CRC does not accept any liability for accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, officials, spectators, grounds or any other person or property whatsoever.
Horses and riders compete at their own risk.
Approved safety helmets must be worn (properly fastened) at all times while riding on the venue grounds. It is riders responsibility to ensure helmets worn are up to current EA regulations.
Horses are limited to competing in 2 classes per day.
All riders must be current CRC or EV members. Email caramutridingclub@gmail.com to be sent a membership form. To pay membership online BSB 013 743 Acc 306088906. (CRC annual memberships can be purchased on the day)
No entrance to the grounds until after 7am Saturday 9th January.
COVID check in required apon arrival at grounds,this includes all people not just riders.
Limited power, showers available at the caravan park.
Facility fee $20 per registration
Medical Levy $15 per rider
All yards to be build according to EV regulations.
No campfires permitted.Rubbish bins provided are for rubbish only.
All manure to be picked up and put in designated area.
Dogs must be properly restrained at all times.
